Notices
Clients are responsible for all replacement parts and/or upgrade parts. Howtocalmlife is only responsible for part installation, upgrading, troubleshooting and in no way responsible for cost of parts.
Clients who request a mobile service have a grace period of 15 minutes upon arrival of booking, before we give them a "No Show" status.
Cancellation window is 24 hours before booking.
If you are cancelling before reaching 2 hours remaining (until your booking time), no cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you for giving us advanced cancellation notice!
A cancellation fee will be on a case-by-case basis, such as if client is in a travel fee zone or not in a travel fee zone.
HowtoCalmLife reserves the right to refuse service and/or cancel service at any time.
Refunds are on a case-by-case basis.
Warranties on your PC parts are not guaranteed by Howtocalmlife, they are warrantied from where you purchased them and/or the manufacturer brand of the specific item.
Howtocalmlife is not responsible for any damages prior to service, nor liable for any damages that occur due to faulty PC parts or electrical issues of client's home/office space.
Howtocalmlife is not responsible for any damages caused by the client handling their own PC parts.
Howtocalmlife is not a repair service and only provides advice or hands-on (residential) PC hardware installation and performance tuning.
If you are cancelling within the last 2 hours before booking time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of no greater than 1 hourly rate.
A client that has exhausted their grace period upon arrival will be given "No Show" status and charged with a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be no greater than 1 hourly rate.
